VIP has been a host agency since 2003. Our agency works with dozens of IC’s and several affiliates. We also pride ourselves on our very close relationships with our independent contractors.
As an outside sales agent for VIP, you will have the opportunity to attend our in-house training’s. Including training from Sandals, Disney, Hawaii Tourism and tour operators. In addition, FAM opportunities and destination training’s are offered yearly!
VIP Vacations is a part of the Affluent Traveler and Travelsavers consortia. Because of our affiliations, we can provide you with the best commission percentages offered by the cruise-lines and tour operators.
There are several levels for our IC’s which offer a high commission split. Moreover, there are also no set up fees or maintenance fees. For the beginner, VIP can provide a lower commission split (50/50) but give you free mentoring by a trained agent. Likewise, for the more established agent, VIP starts our commission split at a 70/30. Errors and Omissions insurance can also be purchased at a discounted group rate.
