Jennifer, I'll be honest, I was very nervous about the whole experience initially and it extended all the way to our first day there. Our wedding planner, Shanrika  was patient and lovely. The location we chose was next to that area with grass and the dance floor was a raised gazebo overlooking the water which was PERFECT.   We had a room upgrade and they moved us the next night to a HUGE suite with living room and kitchen and balcony in Key West. We were so impressed it! Throughout the stay, they also left several surprises in our room post wedding: there were rose petals throughout and a small cake shaped like a heart. We were super happy with the wedding and I don't know how it could have been better, genuinely. Thanks so much for help and tips and support. And please thank your team for being patient with us and helping as well!

Thank you!!!  We ALL had a GREAT TIME!!  Kids did not even want to go into any of the pools, they enjoyed the BEAUTIFUL BEACH and watching the fish swimming past them.  We definitely recommended it to ALL of our family & friends.  Our oldest child will be graduating H.S. in 2020 and we asked her if she wanted to celebrate at Beaches T & C and bring a friend.  The response was a resounding YES!!!  We booked while we were at the resort and will be staying at the Key West resort.  We loved the resort, food, staff and the outstanding service we received from you and VIP Vacations.

This might become a every few years trip for us.  We did not have to spend a dime when at the resort.

Yes, sadly we are back from our fabulous vacation.  Came home to snow and cold, then most of the snow melted, only to snow again this morning!

Anyway, yes, our vacation was fabulous.  Everything we hoped for and more.  The accommodations in the Key West village were spacious and luxurious.  We would definitely stay there again.  The weather was fantastic every day.  There was definitely no sign of Beaches or Turks and Caicos being devastated by the hurricane seven months ago.  The catamaran experience was even better than our last visit.  Overall, we were very pleased.  I believe it was one of our best vacations ever, if not the best.  The whole family was very happy, and no one, no one, wanted to leave.

We can't say enough about the fabulous group at VIP!! We first worked with them for our destination wedding at Beaches Turks and Caicos, and it was a no brainer to turn to them for our next vacation. So I would love to answer your questions!

Yes, I would recommend Sandals Antigua to anyone, we loved it there! So beautiful, and staff was friendly. Not as good as Beaches Turks though!

VIP did such a great job making sure we all had everything we needed prior to travel, and were very patient.

I can't imagine booking a vacation without them! Emily did such a great job putting our vacation together, and we also got some added perks at the resort since we were VIP clients! She is also very beautiful!

Tom and I cannot thank you enough for the time, consideration, and assistance you provided to us, our family and our friends to make our wedding week and wedding day the most perfect time of our lives.

When Tom first asked me to marry him some 5 years ago, although I knew he was the one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with I also know that after the first bridal shop at Stabler arena that realistically a “traditional Lehigh Valley wedding” was not in the books for us.

A couple years and many family picnics later with everyone asking the “so when are you two going to finally get married…. Your engaged… what’s the problem” I made the executive decision to begin researching destination weddings. I contacted a few travel agents at first just to get some ideas, which truly initially made my “great idea” seem like it was going to be more stressful.

One fateful Sunday night I emailed Jennifer. She emailed me back before Monday Morning! We talked that Monday about the options, the location (Beaches Turks), the planning the timing, the etiquette, everything. From the moment I began to talk with Jennifer to the minute I hung up I had the feeling, for the first time since our engagement, of excitement at the thought of our wedding day! No more nerves no more stress, I had a plan and Jennifer was going to help me see it through.

Every step of the planning process Jennifer answered all my questions, keeping the process extremely pleasurable. As my family began to buy into the idea of going away for a weeklong wedding extravaganza, everyone that they had contact with at VIP was more than accommodating regardless of how ridiculous the questions… “like should I bring towels???”. I should note that 90% of the people that came to our wedding had never been on a trip like this before, and had no idea what they were in for.

After all the initial plans for travel were made Jennifer and I sat down to create the perfect wedding day. She listened and offered suggestions based on her own experience without bias and made certain that our wedding day was being planned to be exactly what we wanted, tailored to our style and personalities.

In less than 2 hours (2 non stressful and liberating hours) we had everything set. The tables, the flowers, the food, the photographer, the entertainment, everything!!!!
The day finally came, we departed from Newark and landed in Turks!!!

From the moment we arrived at the resort and we met the wedding planner, Celeste, it was obvious that Jennifer had in in contact with her in great detail, as she had all my note and planning forms in her possession already!!!

We chose a beach setting for the wedding overlooking the gorgeous blue water, with a beach setting for the reception also.

For the entirety of the week up until Friday, our wedding day, our 40 some guests went from being from different parts of the country, different times of our lives, and different families to being as close as one big family. For Tom and I, although we were excited for Friday and for the wedding, this was what it was all about. A marriage, a joining of two lives together, a joining of two families together, something simply that cannot be done in a 5 hour reception, but something that happened over the first 4 days that we all spent together in paradise.

The resort recommendation held true as the accommodations and the service throughout our stay was above and beyond anything we had ever experienced or expected, our butlers were amazing and accommodated our large group by getting us a cabana and ALOT of chairs at the Italian village pool almost every day with trays of food and pizza for lunch. Our butlers Ellen and Carlington were also able to make a reservation for our whole group at the hibachi on Wednesday night as our informal welcome dinner! Then, as if things could not be more perfect, it was Friday morning, and we were getting married!

The day was perfect, not a cloud in the sky, the ocean breeze cooling our guests while they awaited our arrival. As my bridesmaids and I were pampered at the spa in the morning and awaited the moment when Celeste would come to the villa and take up to the wedding, I was excited by calm. Apparently too calm for my bridesmaids (all 3 of them were pacing) “aren’t you nervous” “when is she coming” “what do we do next.” Maybe I should have had them talk to Jennifer before we left because I knew everything would be perfect, exactly how we had planned and exactly how I imagined this day to be.

As my father walked me down the aisle on the perfect white sand beach to Tom in front of your closest friends and family who had come together to celebrate our marriage, I realized that there would not be another second in my life when I would have such a feeling of complete happiness. The wedding was beautiful, the setting was incomparable, the moment was perfect. The rest of the day was filled with pictured on the beach (amazing photographers by the way), delicious food, drinks, fun, and dancing. Because we got married at 3, the sun was not quite setting by the time the cocktail hour started, and our locations was in the sun. Celeste had umbrellas put in place to shade the tables for our guests (another example of the above and beyond service, and reasons I did not stress over much on that day.) The reception lasted long after the sunset and the party continued on the cricketeers.

But perhaps the best moment of all was the moment that Tom and I got back to the villa and he looked at me and said “babe, that was perfect, everything was beautiful, your dress was the most beautiful dress I have ever seen, the food was amazing, the flowers and receptions area was beautiful, everyone had such a wonderful time, and everything about today was perfect, you did an amazing job planning today and this whole trip… “Thank you.”

And this is the Thank You I pass onto you! Because although I knew Tom was the man that I would spend the rest of my life with, I also knew that he was not the kind of man that would join me at cast tastings or for more than a 2 hour appointment to choose our site and sign final paperwork. I needed someone else to help me plan our wedding and ensure that it would be unique and fun and simple just like us. I cannot thank you enough for all your help, guidance, and patience along the way. You are truly making dreams come true every day and you do it in such a caring and sincere way.

Although there is no one thing that can explain the feeling of walking down an aisle on a white sand beach to your best friend and husband. I am enclosing some pictures for your use and enjoyment. I also found something that reminded me a little of that moment and hopefully you can find a place to hang it at your beautiful office for all those brides walking through your front door that are on the way to the most perfect moment of their lives with your help. We had a wonderful time it was more then I expected! It rained the first three days we were there and there was a nasty cloud the day of the wedding but it held off and we had nothing but the sun shining! We are both so happy with our decision with doing a destination wedding! Our children keep asking us when we can go back! They also had a great time! Everyone worked with us and I want to thank everyone for their help!

First, having this destination wedding was one of the BEEEEEEST decisions we have made in our entire lives so far!!  We cannot all wait to go back!!  Every guest honestly wants us to do it all over again already!!  The wedding was AMAZIIIIING!!  We ALL had the best time!!  I don't know what we would have done if you all were not there through the entire process.

The people there are THE BEST!!  The water was UNBELIEVABLE!!  The landscaping was PERFECT!!  All of my guests had GREAT views from their rooms!!  The Caribbean village was not bad at all in our eyes.  It was great!!  I ate at Reflections like every day.  And OMG!!  Arizona's was our favorite!!  The chef came out and prepared a special dinner for us.  OMG IT WAS DELICIOUS!!  The Key West Village was  BEAUTIFUL!!  The room was so spacious, the windows, the wrapped around patio, kitchen, laundry area, and bathroom were just GREAT!!  The Red Lane Spa was AMAZING!!  The smell of the place alone made me feel like it was worth every penny.  A lot of our guests walked over with us and ended up setting up appointments as well for the following days.  It was GREAT!!

They treated us like VIP every place we went.  We just could not thank any of them enough.  They really made sure I was well taken care of especially with my foot.  They were all genuinely happy for us and especially when they saw my walking improving as the days went by.  It was so funny, because I was fine just had a swollen foot without pain.  The concierge workers were great.  They did a special bday cake and put up balloons in the room for his grandmother's bday on the night she arrived.  It was GREAT and she loved it!!

The wedding day WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!  The weather was UNBELIEVABLE and the clearest sky you could wish for.  My music went perfect which I was extremely worried about days before and I was actually able to WAAAAALK down the aisle!!  I was so happy!!  Our cake was good and the food was SOOO GOOD!!  The reception on the Island Routes catamaran was WONDERFUL!!  The people were so nice and we just had a BLAST!!  I still cannot believe that it was true about not worrying about the people that were not able to make it.  Planning this entire thing I thought I would have a breakdown about not seeing certain people in the audience that could not attend.  It was the opposite!!  I was THRILLED looking at the faces of the people that WERE in the audience.

Thank you ALL SOOO much for all you went through with us.  I know for a fact that Ryan was a soldier the entire time, and that's only with the stuff I know about.  I'm sure he went through much more and I had no clue.  There are no areas where I though you all could improve.  I guess the only thing I assumed in the beginning was that I would have to talk to you all of the time.  Once you all put things in place for us, though, I guess there truly was not a reason, too.  I'm happy I didn't have to bother you so much, and especially since you are like the busiest person walking.

I honestly thought you all wouldn't want to hear from me after dealing with my group.  I'm not on fb much, but I did give a shout out to thank our guests.

The wedding planner, Celeste was AMAZING!!  I was so happy the lady, Marissa suggested her to me.  Celeste actually stayed with us from about 10am to 5pm the day after we arrived.  Which was unbelievable since she said usually her meetings with the bride and groom usually takes no more than hour.  I felt so bad, but she made us feel like it was perfectly fine.  She was so patient and so willing to make sure I was fine with every thing.  She had me practice my walking in the sand and was just so encouraging the entire time.  We were all having so much fun together and could not stop talking time just flew.  Thanks to Celeste I was the calmest bride ever on the actual wedding day.  The staff told me I was a rare bride, because they could actually tell I wasn't worried at all on the actual day.  I did not feel nervous about anything the entire day I was just READY!!  Honestly, just SO HAPPY AND SO EXCITED!!

Our wedding was really, truly amazing!  Our wedding coordinator was Celeste, she was wonderful.  Our wedding was on Schooner’s deck, and reception was at the French Village pool on the pavilion (up at top of steps in the covered area near the hot tub).  It was a stress free, fun, perfect day.  Loved Beaches, can definitely tell it’s a kids resort, but we didn’t mind.  It wasn’t packed at all.  Rained a bit almost every day, but also cleared up most of the time.

I would definitely recommend Beaches for a wedding.  You can tell they do a ton of weddings.  Well oiled machine.  Minister, ceremony, DJ, and food were all perfect.

You were AWESOME to work with and so helpful in all the little details.  If you ever have a bride who is unsure of Beaches Turks, a destination wedding in general, or who asks you for a reference, I would be happy to give one.  I kept feeling like I should be stressing more, because everyone says how stressful it is planning a wedding.  Other than the 2 weeks before we left when there were tons of details to pull together and packing to be done, it was fairly easy, and I would recommend it to anyone!

When my fiance and I decided to do a destination wedding less than 6 months from when we got engaged, I spent hours researching venues, destinations, and vendors to work with. VIP Vacations, and specifically Jennifer Doncsecz, kept popping up on different blogs, websites, and travel sites I was looking at. We ended up going with VIP and booking our wedding in Turks and Caicos. I can honestly say that working with Jennifer and her team at VIP was by far one of the BEST decisions we made in the whole planning process. There are so many details to think of, and to have the expertise of someone who has done this plenty of times (and who can keep you calm) is invaluable. Jennifer was able to advise me on the specifics of the resort, her team handled all travel arrangements impeccably for our 34 guests, and she was in frequent contact with the wedding coordinator onsite at the resort to make sure all of our requests were met. Jennifer and her team, especially Ryan Doncsecz and Alison Dobrowolski, went above and beyond in every way possible. Some details that I loved- getting update emails from Ryan every time one of our guests registered, Alison helping set up a wedding webpage and registry, coming home to a wedding card and custom gift from the team at VIP, Jennifer helping me with ideas for out of town gift bags, amazingly quick responses every time I emailed with a question, even after hours… and too many other things to list here. The best compliment I can pay to the entire VIP team is that several of my friends and family (who know that I can get stressed and bogged down in the details) commend that they couldn’t believe how relaxed I was on our wedding day. I literally did not have 1 worry, and was able to be totally present and enjoy our day. It was the most amazing day ever, and I’m thankful to the VIP team for all of their help in making that happen!!

Just wanted to thank you for the wonderful vacation you booked for us. Turks and Caicos is a beautiful, clean, and friendly island. Beaches resort had so much to offer.

My son enjoyed playing volleyball (land and water) daily, my daughter loved going to the club and “hanging out” every night. Our favorite place to dine was the sushi bar – fun and delish! The best meal was at Barefoot on the Beach. My daughter loved Arizona’s, and the candlelight dinner for my husband and I on the beach was absolutely romantic. Thank you for that, we loved it!

We snorkeled every day, and took the snorkeling/boat cruise to Iguana Island and the coral reefs. We even swam with a small shark (got a picture too, but kept some distance from it)! I would certainly vist Turks and Caicos again, and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you again.

The wedding week was amazing. My husband and I think it was the best week of our lives. We got to hang out with our friends and family for 5 whole days and just have FUN. Like any bride I was stressed/nervous/anxious on my wedding day. The weather held out (thankfully) for the ceremony and some pictures after...but a HUGE storm hit during the cocktail hour. I was actually really impressed. They were able to move us all inside for a cocktail hour and then move us back out for the reception.

It has been a crazy time getting back to "real life"! We had such a wonderful time! The resort was beautiful, the weather was fantastic, and the wedding went so smoothly. Truly the memorable experience we were looking for.

Our favorite restaurants were Arizona's and Mario's and Kimono's was definitely a must. Our chef sang to us! The Italian village was gorgeous. If we go back, we’d probably try to stay there.

Our wedding planner was fantastic (Comanchi, or something like that) and our photographer (Jimmie) was really great too. I'll have to send you some of our professional pics, they are great!

My fiance, now husband, met Jennifer on a destination wedding forum on Facebook shortly after we were engaged. We had already been contacted by a couple of "imposters" but when we started communicating with Jennifer, we knew that we had met the real deal!

We already knew that we wanted to get married at Beaches Turks & Caicos based off of reviews we had read but had a few hurdles to overcome (even though a destination wedding, we wanted a Catholic mass). As we overcame these hurdles, Jennifer stayed on the sidelines, cheering us on until we figured everything out and we could officially move forward with our desired location.

From the get-go, Jennifer was informative, on the ball, personable - she genuinely cares about her clients and invests herself and her staff into ensuring that the bride and groom, and their friends and families, have as easy of a time as possible through the planning stages. We opted to invite as many people as we would've if we got married stateside - more than 250 - so had to plan accordingly with the room block.

Jennifer and her staff took care of all of our guests accomodations, looking outside the room block for those guests that hoped for a different class room, etc., and figuring out how to accomodate them all. In the end, we had more than 50 rooms booked with 98 attendees!

While I live clear across the country from Jennifer, I had the pleasure of meeting up with her a couple of months before the wedding while we were both in Las Vegas on business. When I met her face-to-face, I felt that I was meeting up with an old friend - that's the kind of service that you get with Jennifer and VIP.

Planning an island destination wedding can certainly have its frustrations - onsite staff is on "island time" but working with VIP eased those frustrations greatly. My husband and I never once had to wait around for a response from the onsite staff - Jennifer handled all communication and coordination with them up until our arrival in Turks & Caicos. Also, knowing that I was looking for inexpensive, personal touches to complement the Martha Stewart Wedding Packages Beaches offers, she even did research on Etsy.com and sent me vendor suggestions - all of which I used!

My husband and I were very lucky and honored to have Jennifer as a guest at our wedding - we had developed such a great relationship with her over 12 months that we couldn't imagine not having her there with us. Of course, in her true nature of a hardworker, she was there partly as a guest but mostly to make sure that Beaches Turks' second largest wedding ever went off without a hitch (I do hope that she got to enjoy a glass of bubbly or two!). She even got up before 7 a.m. the following morning to attend our "trash the dress" photo session (my parents didn't even make it up for that!). She was genuinely enjoying the fun that my husband and I were having.

Our overall experience with Jennifer and VIP was amazing and added to the enjoyment of our engagement and wedding. We will certainly be using VIP again for future trips. More than being a client of Jennifer's, we now see ourselves as friends.

Vinny and I want to thank you for all your hard work and patience with our group. Your company did an excellent job. I wish you could of been there for our day. Did you make it for the grand opening- I heard you were coming.

Everything went well with the wedding. About 10-15 people got sick including Vinny on the wedding day but thank god not for long (about 8 hrs it lasted). One of Vinny's cousins is a doctor and checked out Ashley and just said it was a virus and had to run its course.

Everyone said that it was the best wedding that they ever went to!

The arrivals were a bit hectic - a lot of the rooms were not ready or assigned yet. A few people had to change rooms b/c of the smell of the waste center. Also for the Reskler's their room was actually dirty (like beer cans all over the place) and they only had one room down (they requested two ajoining rooms) and some others had backed up toilets so they had to change. But they were very accomadating to us and changed everyone.

Ours was great (they upgraded us to the 2 bedroom suite in the Italian village on May 8th). It was beautiful. The food was great and the camp was even better. We utilized the Nanny's at night a few times and for the wedding.

Overall - everyone had a great time and a lot of us already put a deposit down to come again next year and a Tim McArdle is planning on having his 20 year anniversary there in 2010.

While browsing the internet I found a wedding website for destination weddings. On their blog I found recommendations for Jennifer at VIP Vacations. I made the call & it was SUCH a weight lifted off of me!

Jennifer, along with her staff, helped me with the wedding planning and all of the travel for my 30+ guests traveling to Turks and Caicos to join us on our special day. I cannot imagine doing this without VIP!

My guests just contacted the VIP crew by phone or email & everything was taken care of! I would recommend VIP Vacations for anyone who is traveling anywhere, especially on a destination wedding!

Beaches was great! Best vacation we ever went on. The first all-inclusive we went on and to tell you I could get use to that treatment. Yes, Madalyn loved it as well. She didn't like the idea she could "see" the fish in the ocean but she quickly got over it. Even saw some stingrays one day.

No complaints to speak of. All the workers were friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. We will definitely go back to Beaches whether there or one of their other resorts.Thanks again for all your help with our honeymoon. I know I can ask a lot of questions. They do a fantastic job there. We absolutely loved our wedding planner she was fantastic. A little sad it's all over, especially now that winter is here!

While reading a review on another brides planning thread, I came across the name Jennifer Doncsecz, President of VIP Vacations Inc., a world renowned expert travel agent AND Beaches Turks and Caicos bride! I frantically emailed Jennifer on a Sunday evening at 8:00 pm. I didn’t expect a response from her personally much less a response that same evening. One could imagine how ecstatic I was when she responded by 9:00 pm that same night, the PRESIDENT of the company on a SUNDAY!! When she said, “I work around the clock for all of my brides” she was not kidding!

From the first email exchange with Jennifer, it was apparent that she had just what any destination bride needs in a TA, a superfluity of knowledge and insight; as a travel agent, traveler and destination wedding expert! From that point on the destination wedding of my dreams unfolded before my eyes. Leaving an impression and lasting memory upon us and each of those who joined us; so much so, that none of us will ever travel without the support from our VIP Vacations Inc. family again!

Jennifer was much more than a TA throughout the course of making our vacation, wedding and honeymoon arrangements; she doubled as a wedding planner, a friend, and a fellow destination wedding bride. She knew exactly what I was going through and what was yet to come; Jennifer thought of things that had never even crossed my mind. Not only did she always communicate with me (and her team with our guests) in a timely manner, she had a great system in place and was very well organized. We talked about everything from flights to out-of-town bags for our guests -and all things in between! She was nothing short of AMAZING to work with. I never worried again, after we put our wedding in her company’s hands. I was able to take pleasure in the wedding planning, pay attention to detail and really enjoy every aspect of the whole experience.

I would recommend her as the absolute best in the business! I believe that we would not have experienced our wedding the way that we did, had we not had Jennifer Doncsecz along with the VIP team heading every aspect of our travel and wedding arrangements! Words could never express our gratitude and thanks for their expert advice that led us through the wedding and vacation of our dreams.

We arrived at Beaches Turks & Caicos last week having booked the least expensive room in the Caribbean village. We were very pleasantly surprised to see that we had been upgraded to pretty much the most expensive room in the entire resort: A FULL OCEAN VIEW one bed-room suite in the Italian Village. Of course I give 100% credit to Jennifer Doncsecz who booked our vacation for us. We had a great time! Where can I post more reviews about you??? People need to know that you offer an incredible service that makes a vacation so much more special. Thank you so much for everything you did for us. We are very grateful!
