Playa Resorts VIP event was the perfect time to experience the reopening of hotels in Cancun. VIP’s President, Jennifer Doncsecz knows first hand what the corona virus has done to the world of travel and tourism. Jennifer jumped at the opportunity to attend a reopening of the Hyatt Ziva in Cancun, following the government lock-down.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had quite an impact on the travel industry. Playa Hotels and Resorts decided to hold a grand re-opening event in Cancun at the end of July. Additionally, they invited their their top travel agents and advisors last week. Playa resorts provided a grand celebration and three nights at the Hyatt Ziva Cancun.

Jennifer feels that in order to advise her clients on the new safety protocols and requirements that come with traveling internationally, she had to experience it firsthand.
