Hi Ryan and Jennifer,
We are back from our big weekend. First of all we would like to start off by saying thank you to you both and all your colleagues at VIP for your hard work and for encouraging us to go with Karisma Resorts and making Azul Beach work for us!
Jennifer, you really fought for us all the way. We recognize we made you go back and forth with the sales team several times to get enough negotiated rooms and to get us the resort credit which we wanted to do for our guests. We can say more than 30 of our guests took advantage of the spa. So thank you so much!
Ryan, thank you for always being there for us during all our moments of crisis (even the day after our wedding)!! You took time to answer all our questions and were so straightforward with everything.
The Azul Beach staff was just out of this world. We recognize we required a lot of things given that we had to meld two completely different cultures. Our family and friends were completely taken back by their hospitality and service. We would recommend Azul Beach and VIP Travels to our friends and family. Azul is definitely now an expert with Indian/American weddings…haha.
