Dear VIP Vacations,
We had such a great time, I can’t believe it’s over! Everyone always says that it goes so fast, but I guess that’s because it’s true! It’s nice to be able to relax and get back to life as we know it, though.
Overall, we really loved the resort, as did our guests! The rooms were fantastic, food was very good, and service was excellent. One of my friends from work who came to the wedding does quite a bit of traveling and has stayed at a lot of all-inclusives, including at least 1 other Dreams resort, and she’s mentioned a couple of times that the service at Dreams Tulum was the best she’s experienced at any of the placed she’s been.
The pool was beautiful. I do think the beach was beautiful for the wedding pictures.
Working with Nayeli was great. She was very quick to respond to e-mails and very prepared when we finally met face-to-face and finalized everything.
You guys were great, and we really appreciated your help along the way! Additionally, there were a lot of details that we wouldn’t have known how to deal with, and it was so helpful to have someone to refer our guests to when they had questions.
I really appreciated all of your help at the very beginning, with price quotes and helping to decide where to go. Also, Ryan was always wonderful in keeping us posted when people booked (we loved getting those e-mails!) for that reason he was very prompt in responding any time I had questions.
Thank you again for everything! We will be happy to recommend VIP to anyone we know of who is thinking of a destination wedding!
