Hello Team VIP,
I would recommend this Dreams Tulum to others. It was amazing! It is a very family orientated resort, which was what we were looking for. VIP was great overall! Lauren Leayman and Ryan Donscesz were so very helpful and wonderful, going above and beyond for me! They were always available, Ryan answered emails so quickly and thoroughly, and Lauren was so patient with me changing decisions all the time and she went above and beyond to research information for me…as did Ryan as well. They Rock! 🙂
