Our wedding day and the whole trip went fabulously! Family and friends were BLOWN AWAY by the Hard Rock and all it had to offer. The friendliest staff, delicious food and drinks, clean grounds, amazing spa, nice rooms, and more. For hosting our wedding there, I felt they went above and beyond to make us truly feel like rockstars! I would absolutely recommend this property to others. In fact, our family wants to plan another trip within the next few years together because we all had that much fun. I cannot wait to go back!
The whole VIP team from top to bottom was great! I always got a response to my many, many questions quickly. It was such a challenge planning a whole wedding never seeing the property prior. I felt the VIP team kept me in the loop regarding guest bookings, helpful tips, planning timeline. Thank you Ryan for making all my changes (dates of travel, guest flight updates, etc). Thank you Liz for the helpful tips for when we landed at Cancun airport to find our shuttle. It was such a seamless process. I was nervous about Mexico after multiple negative news stories a few weeks before we left, but we felt completely safe the entire time. We didn’t leave the property this trip because of guests coming in every day, but next time we hope to get to explore more.
I can’t really think of anything more VIP could have done for us during this whole wedding process. I was so happy to have found VIP after having a negative experience with another travel agent for my wedding 🙂
