We contacted VIP after getting engaged in April 2011 and deciding that we wanted to have a destination wedding in Jamaica! I contacted many other travel agencies in the beginning stages. However, they didn’t have the competitive travel quotes, friendly and helpful customer service, or the timely responses that I received from VIP. This ultimately set them apart! I decided to go with VIP to help plan not only our wedding travel and honeymoon, but also the travel for over 50 of our guests.
I mostly worked with Jennifer Doncsecz, VIP’s President. There are not even enough positive words to say about her knowledge and professionalism. I had SO many questions and she always answered them very quickly, which I needed due to my type-A personality! It was often difficult to communicate with the resort we had chosen for our wedding but Jennifer often helped negotiate and get faster responses for us. She ended up getting us a great group rate for our guests and made me feel at ease whenever I had issues or questions. I also want to say how helpful Ryan was. Ryan helped us book an AMAZING private catamaran cruise for our guests which they are still talking about.
I truly could not have planned such an amazing event without the help and support of VIP. I will be forever grateful and would not hesitate in recommending them to any future travelers, especially destination or honeymooners! Thanks so much VIP!
