First, thank you so much to you and your entire staff throughout our long wedding journey. Everyone was great to work with, especially yourself, Ryan, Bryan, and Emma. I had never used a travel agency before, and now can’t imagine ever traveling without one! I don’t know what we would have done without your guidance and feedback throughout the process- you truly went above and beyond, and we are so grateful and appreciative!!
Thank you so much for helping clear up the confusion regarding our catamaran cruise. I am not sure why Sandals South Coast had no idea we were supposed to be attending their Thursday cruise (since I had paperwork from Sandals stating that we were), but they were very gracious and let us take a private catamaran cruise the next day instead (which was really a win-win, since more guests were on site the next day and it was private). The cruise was so much fun- I would definitely recommend future brides take advantage of this promotion if it is offered.
Our wedding was wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations. I would definitely recommend the resort to any future brides. Our wedding planners on-site (predominately Shelly Ann, but also Sasha Gay and Tijani) were super accommodating and helpful. Shelly Ann was with us on and off throughout the whole wedding day. She actually came to our room while we were getting ready to help us put together our wedding bouquets (since I was combining different flower options).
It was the perfect location and felt very private and isolated. We ended up having our reception at the Italian Village pool, which was also perfect. I’ll send pictures when we get them from our photographer, but they put two long tables under each gazebo, and then set the bar up on another side of the pool, and the DJ on the last side.
It was super sweet that you guys sent out postcards to our guests following up post-travel, and we LOVE our “name in the sand” print- it is already hanging in our home and a wonderful reminder of the wonderful vacation!
