Here is our Secrets Silversands Wedding Review:
We loved the resort and the excellent customer service. Everyone in our group also enjoyed the resort from the food to the bartenders and the wait staff. Our wedding was perfect and seamless. Several people commented how good are reception dinner was especially. The gazebo was beautiful and then we didn’t have to worry about seaweed 🙂
I worked with Cecilia at Secrets Silversands and loved her. She responded promptly to any questions and had a very calming, reassuring personality. She brought the flowers by the salon when I was getting my hair done to make sure they were bride-approved and remembered details the day of so I didn’t worry about a thing. Based on advice from a friend who had a destination wedding I had adopted the outlook early on that this is what they do several times a week at the resort so to trust them and not stress about planning things like a “normal” wedding. Especially after meeting Cecilia I knew everything would be great! It truly was and I’m glad I chose this resort.

I was kept in the loop but didn’t have to worry about anything with the booking process the entire time. VIP exceeded my expectations. I loved how you all worked to accommodate changes within the block from the type of rooms I originally estimated to still getting a great rate for some of our latecomers that booked in April/May due to newborn babies. Thank you for working with us to make sure everyone had a great trip! Everyone I worked with was fabulous from starting with Jennifer, when selecting a resort, to Liz being particularly helpful and informative about the contract and helping me upgrade to a package and coordinating those changes with the resort.
Ryan and Bryan helped with the rooming info and when one of our guests had a difficult time getting her travel docs and then had only booked for a single instead of a double they were on top of getting that remedied. Several guests enjoyed working with Emma during the booking process. From beginning to end it was great!
