Thanks for checking in on us and a bigger thank you to your whole VIP team! They have truly been amazing. From their quick responses to their willingness to help me and all my guests with a positive attitude, working with them all has truly been my pleasure!

The resort was beautiful and was a good balance of relaxation and party. While the week days were more of a very chill, getaway vibe, weekends had more dancing and themed events. The walks from the main buildings to the beach were scenic and many enjoyed the monkey sightings. Staff there had amazing customer service and definitely tried to help whenever possible. There were some resort wide black outs, but we’re pretty easy going and didn’t mind it too much. With family from the Philippines, we all expect this to happen in tropical countries and at such humid times of the year. Oh! The weather. It was extremely humid during our stay, since April is the last month of the dry season. Would be good to let other travelers know just how humid it can be. Amstar travel was very easy. Found them all right away and drivers were knowledgeable and very kind. Many guests and enjoyed and referred to the resort  as “a slice of paradise.” Gorgeous views from every room, the pool and the beach.

We found VIP from another of your couples, Tiffany and Erwin Argonza (May 2019). We found the process of booking everything all at once with your company very easy and stress free. So I can only hope that one of my guests found it to be just as easy and to think of you guys when they decide to get away. Was definitely helpful that all questions regarding travel policies, COVID policies, and etc were able to be answered by most teammates. Definitely showed that you had experts monitoring such changes and could easily give out the correct information.

While your whole team was fabulous, my main connections were Ryan, Robert, and Justin. They were all so personable and it was such a delight to work with each and every one of them. Fast responses at appropriate business hours, I always knew I was going to get a response soon.

Again, thank you to your whole team. They made so much of this process so easy, especially at such an uncertain time.
