I wanted to write a letter of appreciation for Dawn MacRae. She has been so friendly and helpful throughout the planning on this trip. Being my first European trip, I could not have been able to do this without her. Additionally, we had a few complications along the way of our planning and she got us through having to postpone and rebook hotels, etc. Again, I could not have done this without her and truly appreciate her kind manner throughout all of our personal problems. You have a great asset with Dawn and I will be sending all of my friends and family to your company for all their travel needs!
