Our trip was great! All the work and info you provided made for a smooth trip. You were efficient in providing info as well as in a timely manner with all communication!

The welcome home postcard and your e-mail after are definitely nice touches.

Workers at resort were very friendly and the accommodations very clean. The entertainment staff was also great.

Only hiccups were the food…I think the one night the problem was they had too many wedding receptions …the server was great but the food was yuck…that was in the grill restaurant? The French restaurant was GREAT for dinner but horrible for breakfast( this was for preferred guests but the breakfast buffet offered to all guests was 100% better.

Other than that…wish the trip was longer! It was hard to come home especially to the cold and dark!

I will definitely use you for future travel plans and will refer others to you and VIP.

I am not the best picture taker but will attach a few if I can. I just sent a few…I am sure there are better ways to do that but I couldn’t figure it out! I also didn’t send you pictures of the group because I didn’t know if they would mind me sharing their photos ….maybe the Bensingers sent you some!?
