Sorry it took me a little time to get back to you- its been so busy since getting back from vacation and then all the holidays right after! But I wanted to let you and the entire team at VIP how happy we were with everything! From the beginning talking with Jennifer right up until being in Punta Cana, VIP gave us outstanding service and I can’t say enough about how great everyone was! I have to give a special appreciation to Ryan, who was always quick to answer every email and always came through with answers to our questions. We would love to use VIP again for travel and will recommend you to our friends and family as well!

As for our resort, Royalton Punta Cana- we LOVED it! It was our first time in the Dominican Republic and we fell in love with it. The people were so friendly and the resort was so beautiful, clean and the service was 10/10! The wedding department in this company was also amazing. Communicating with them in the months prior was so easy and made the minimal stress of planning a destination wedding almost stress free! When we got to the resort and had our pre-wedding meetings everything was well communicated and when the wedding day arrived I had zero complaints (except maybe that it was probably the windiest day of the week!).  We had so much fun and I wish we could go back and have that day over and over as strange as that might sound! The whole week was just perfect.

We received the lovely picture frame when we got home and the team’s best wishes card and wanted to say thank you so much for that! Can you please pass along this email to your team? We were so happy with everything and we just want you all to know that!
