Thank you for kind wedding congratulations! Out wedding day and trip was extraordinary, we couldn’t of done it with out the VIP Vacations team.
I greatly appreciated Jennifer’s initial contact and support in finding the right Costa Rican wedding destination spot. Secrets Papagayo was an incredible resort to relax, unwind, and celebrate our nuptials with our closest friends and family. Elizabeth and Robert were extremely helpful in coordinating travel arrangements and confirming our trip.
Our trip was entirely stress free. From the time we boarded our flight to landing in Costa Rica. It was great to have an Amstar agent ready to whisk us away to Secrets Papagayo. Once at the resort our breath was taken away with the lovely gulf vistas, beautiful decor, and warmth of the sun. The check in team was gracious, as well as the transport team. Before we knew it we were relaxing by the pool and soaking up some much needed sunshine. All of the restaurants and bars had amazing offerings, as well as caring, personable service. Our bungalow was inviting and relaxing to unwind in. The turn down team made our room romantic a few nights of our stay.
The Wedding
We loved working with Natalia. She was a fantastic wedding coordinator throughout the planning process, and made our wedding day calm, lovely, and a day we will never forget. We loved having the spa beach and garden as our wedding venue, even with the black iguanas as special guests. I recall the first day of our trip, Quinn and I walked down the beach to our venue and we felt incredibly blessed to have our wedding day in such a gorgeous place, and in a country we love.
We enjoyed our couples massage. Thank you for the spa gift certificate, too. We loved having the wedding package option to curate and plan our day. Also, we enjoyed the activity amenities at the resort. We kayaked, snorkeled, cooked, hiked, and played water polo. Our family and friends throughly enjoyed their time, as well. It was a wonderful trip for us all, and we feel so lucky to have these memories of our wedding and trip. We couldn’t of had some an amazing experience without VIP Vacations or Natalia at Secrets Papagayo. Thank you so much!

In regards to future travels, we have been bitten by the wanderlust bug. We received a 1st anniversary Secrets complimentary night gift. If we are able to we would love to find another Secrets resort – maybe Mexico or in the Caribbean to celebrate our first year of marriage. If we could plan and travel through VIP Vacations that would be incredible.
