Justin helped my fiancé and I plan our trip to Universal Studios and Halloween Horror Nights. We had been to Universal Studios a few times but needed help with planning the Halloween Horror nights event. Justin was very knowledgeable, providing different options for express passes or early entry to maximize our night. He even updated us with the best houses and food as our trip grew closer. I was going to be in Fort Myers and Justin helped find a rental car that I could drop off right at my resort in Orlando. It was a seamless experience, that maximized our enjoyment.
