I just want to let you know how wonderful our recent trip to Excellence Playa Mujeres was!! Travel to/from the resort was as smooth as could be (Olympus was terrific), greeted upon arrival with champagne and the friendliest staff. We felt “at home” immediately.
We would give every aspect of the resort an A+…staff, room, property, service, service, service. The food was good. Food service in every instance overcame what we felt to be less than gourmet status. Our trip was everything we had hoped for.
By the way, we loved the location of our room. It was nicely secluded behind a couple of palm trees.
